White or Whole Wheat Dough Recipe
- Divide 8 ounces of dough in half; shape into balls. For body, place one ball on greased baking sheet; flatten slightly.
- Cut remaining ball in half. For the head: shape 1 piece into a ball; flatten slightly and place above the body. Divide and shape the remaining dough into 7 balls; form one smaller ball for the nose. Position remaining balls for ears and paws.
- Make small cuts for eyes, nose and belly button; insert dried blueberries. Using finger, make deep indention in center of ears. Cover; let rise until almost doubled. Beat together 1 egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush on bear.
- Bake at 375°F, 15-18 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and cool on baking sheet to avoid breakage.
