Wheat Foods Council is busy preparing for our booth at the Food & Nutrition Conference and Exposition (FNCE) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, October 19-21, in Atlanta, GA. This year, we’ll have three exciting guest experts in the booth: Brett Carver, PhD, Oklahoma State University (wheat quality/breeding), Fran Churchill, Kansas State University (milling), and Julia Debes (Kansas wheat farmer, formerly with US Wheat Associates). To “tickle” attendees’ taste buds, we’ll be offering samples during lunchtime of our Couscous and Corn Salad (October 19), and Toasted Corn and Bulgur Salad (October 20).
