Finalist Ingredient & Kitchen Tool Sheet

Please complete form by April 20 You may bring any appliance, tool, equipment or ingredients with you, otherwise we will provide the item and ingredients.  White glass serving plates will be provided for your entry that goes to the judges’ room.

BASIC ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED IN EACH KITCHEN:

  1 new conventional electric oven 

  Paper towels, wash cloth, dish towels, potholders

  Kitchen Aid stand mixer and attachments    Plastic wrap, aluminum foil, parchment paper

  Oven thermometer

  Cutting board
  Plastic Bowl Scrapers   Wooden spoon
  Table knife, fork and spoon   Whisks
  Chair and waste basket   Rolling pin
  Pitcher of water    Sharp paring knife, bread knife, kitchen scissors
  Liquid and dry measuring cups   2 Rubber spatulas
  Measuring spoons   Small custard cups
  Bowl scraper/bench knife   Bread board or pastry mat for kneading dough
  Baking thermometer   Ruler    
  Kitchen timer

  Wire Cooling racks

  3 draped   6’ work tables   Non-stick  cooking spray (PAM)
Please remember you will need to make your recipe 2-3 times on Saturday, June 13. List the ingredients and brand names you would like for us to purchase. Examples: specify type of apples; brand of cream cheese; type of milk; brand of spice, etc. These sponsor's brands will be used in all recipes: King Arthur Flour Red Star Yeast C&H Sugar
