Graduation Diploma Rolls

White or Whole Wheat Dough Recipe

  1. For each diploma: roll a 2-ounce piece of dough into 4" x 6" rectangle.
  2. Cut off ¼" strip from 6" side. Roll up rectangle jelly-roll fashion. Tie with strip of dough.
  3. Place on greased baking sheet. Cover; let rise 30 minutes. Beat together 1 egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush on roll.
  4. Bake at 350°F, 20 minutes or until golden.
