Commercial and sponsors’ exhibits are in place.
Baking competition begins. Contestants will prepare their winning bread recipes.
Admission to the event is free with donation of a canned or nonperishable food item. Donations will be given to the Flint Hills Breadbasket.

Jeff Hertzberg, American cookbook author and physician. With co-author Zoë François, he has created cookbooks on baking homemade bread, including Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day, Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day, Artisan Pizza and Flatbread in Five Minutes a Day, and The New Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day.
Paula Gray, Life Skills Bread Baking Instructor at King Arthur Flour Company.
